Thanks mate, the cherry black clubby was very clean but it had to go to make way for the vy clubby. The utes not really a barge but half barge.

Pics of my ride, had it for about 3 weeks.
Its my 3rd V8 and my first Ls1 and my first holden v8 as well.
2002 series 11 stato with sunroof and leather.
Was gonna buy an SS but after seeing this thread you guys and your nice rides got me hooked.
Soon to come:
An exhaust
Tune
Stereo
Then a go at the quarter.![]()
And if anyone knows these wheels are off could you let us know. A mate reckons there off a senator but im not so sure they are.
Well im happy![]()
nice shnoods.
how much did you pick that up for? and how many k's?
exactly the same as mine minus the sunroof, i spent ages looking for a tungston one with a sunroof but no luck for me![]()
I was going to polish mine up this weekend and put up some photos, but i had a small accident last weekend.....
A wheel off some guys trailer came off the axel and bounced up and dented my roof, and scratching the rear quater.....
Good news atleast is im getting the quater roof, boot and spoiler painted out of it![]()
I hope they do a good job of coulour matching........
they are HBD rims of some sort
Hi nice car, I think the wheels come from a Vx xu6

It takes 10,000 nuts to put a car together but only one to scatter ‘em all over the road
Spot on mate. Thats what they are. By any chance do you know what SNR on the option is? Is that the sunroof? Also how do you know whether it has an lsd as apparently they were an option too. On the compliance plate it has as the axle GL4. There are other ways to find outbut im curious.

Most HBD codes listed here
All 2002 LS1s were LSD

More join "Team Tungstan!!"
nice shnoods.
now for the stally, 3.73's in the diff and a decent edit and your in the 12's![]()

team tungston..........i like it![]()
jack up the rear end of the car, support it on stands with the hand brake off. get someone to hold one wheel, and try to turn the other one. If you can not turn it without the other moving it is lsd. if it spins freely it is a open diff.....
check the diff.....it will have a tag on it that says "use only lsd diff oil"
you could always put one foot on the brake and mash the accelorator......then look and see if it left 2 strips.............
edit - Only 3.73's???? 3.9's are only another 100rpm difference at 100k's. But with so much more pull![]()

You guys already conned me into a barge, Lol now u want to make it fast?
I like the way you guys think!
well they do seem reasonably fast when you first get one.......
then after a few weeks, it starts to seem slower and slower then becomes normal.......
Or one of your mates gets a car that is slightly faster than yours (in my case a b4 liberty) and the race is on to one up them(im winning at the moment
)
my plans (as money allows) are mafless tune, 2800-3000 lockup stally, 3.9's...... then further down the track some cammageOh and some 19" BBoss elenores too and stereoage
