sounds like for the sportwagon its just the evoke and Calais that are auto only. ad 2k for the ss and ssv models for a manual sportwagon.

There is no transmission option for wagon they all get auto. Read the gm media link I posted earlier.

Deeper? Large drinks get in the way of the shifter.

Not exactly sure I just remembered reading somewhere that they are now larger for the bigger cups.

Bigger cups are a good thing.

Agreed, makes me wonder if there will still be a base Clubsport, of course HSV will still have 6.2 and HSV brakes and distinctive body work etc.

Edit, spoiler also lists as standard equipment, so must be two different spoilers, I was thinking they had made the spoiler optional with VF.
The lip spoiler is standard but it seems the big spoiler is there as an option for people who have no taste.

You don't even need a lip spoiler on these cars, they already have a lip unlike the VE.

I've obviously got no taste cos i like the rear spoiler, if i pay for an SS, SS-V or HSV etc. I don't want it looking like a bloody Taxi.

bad move Holden....if that is correct

I know of 3 people who were going to buy manual SS or SSv wagons to replace their current VE wagon
who are now going to look at other alternatives...4WDs or large utes

it also will be interesting to see what HSV do with their model range... auto only wagons from them too ???

I agree with the above, if Holden don't offer a manual V8 wagon in the VF, 50% of my inspiration to upgrade just died. I would seriously consider trading the VE SSV wagon purely to step up and get a manual, then I wouldn't have the issues with Drone and any aftermarket exhaust I've tried yet......

As for other listed features, good job Holden and the Redline will be great value. Look forward to the release.

I'd wait and see from Holden what the actual real situation is before jumping ship!

The media release from GM made it pretty clear mate, Auto only for the wagons for some stupid reason.
