i chuckle to myself every time i drive past a VE SS with the rear wing removed, and think it's a $45,000 car but looks like a $33,000 Omega.

Just my opinion and if we all had the same one it would be a very boring hybrid Prius world!

Put my money where my mouth is today.... White manual with Roof. Delivery about October maybe November... Will make a nice birthday present to myself... Bit disappointed about no paddle shifters..... But what do u do... Maybe if I had studied harder at school I could'be bought a C63 but I'm living within my means these days. I like to think that this GTS will BE the bee's knees! Happy Days ahead.

I am too a bit disappointed about the lack of paddle shifters, I just hope in the Series II they dont bring out paddle shifters and a auto gearbox with more then 6 gears lol

Considering that the american export has them, i wouldn't be to surprised if the loom is sitting in the steering wheel.

I think it's fair to say that the larger badging does a great job of "shrinking" the car somewhat. My perception is that it looks mid sized, but it is actually huge.

Yeah, certainly from the back in pictures it looks smallish IMHO. Possibly part of the design brief for VF?
