Still on the topic of seat issues. Has anyone noticed how fast the leather strip on the drivers side, closest to the thigh, is wearing out fast?
Mines just clicked over 1300km and at this rate is going to need a new seat at 10k. Im only 92kg and fit so its not like im a sloth getting in and
out ,so im abit annoyed about that.

First time I opened the bonnet I just lowered it down slowly and tried to push down.... no good, then realised you have to drop it as per above

They have done this to prevent the soft Aluminium bonnet from denting when being lent on. It's been a common technique across manufacturers for some time now.

I was taught to drop the bonnet 20 years ago ... if you lower it and push you end up with hand prints on your bonnet and quite often a dent!
    DENY YOURSELF NOTHING !!!

The side fascia was a problem on the VE also untill a revised (note stronger plastic) version came around. The joys of a new model eh.

The other issue I have is with the screen sometimes it displays to the nav and other times it displays the source. I am playing music on a USB stick and sometimes it goes back to the song from the trip before, seems to have a mind of its own.

I worked that out today too!!! I was driving and getting an annoying rattle, at first i thought it was the passenger side seat belt assembly causing it. I then shut the sunroof cover and it stopped. Just another item to add to the list.
