Just checked the LSA config of the block is little different to the LS3 which will drop straight into your Y. Thinking $10k to be very keen with the charger on top though!!!

Obviously will need an external oil cooler, knock sensor extension and a reluctor wheel conversion box but unsure of what else would be required.
