Im not sure if im believing what im seeing on my screen here... I work for UPC. We refunded you 100% for what you purchased mate, we also paid for the delivery to your door. Unfortunately it was your mistake that changed your mind that you didn't want them, then you decided you would send the rotors back to us which we refunded you fully. You are only out of pocket for the return costs mate, thats fair enough isn't it?
By the way, the way I was alerted to this forum and thread was from several phone calls from different members here and happy customers of ours letting me know what was going on.
I am utterly disappointed...
